Quik Pod Puts Everyone in the Picture

Quik Pod Review

The Quik Pod Makes it Easy to Get the Shot
by Mark Richards

This seems like an obvious invention but it is quite brilliant. A long telescoping pole with a camera screw on the end. Dooh. Why didn't I think of that?  It lets you elevate your digital camera or small camcorder high above the crowd to get shots of the band at a concert. It lets you carry the camera down low to get dramatic shots from ground or shoe level. You can even use it to take shots of yourself - that actually look good!

With a little practice, it is a great little accessory for getting yourself into the shots when there is no one else around to hold the camera for you. This is extremely cool for when you are traveling or are on a great adventure. There's a little mirror gizmo so you can see what you are aiming at.

And for those times you need a tripod but were too lazy to carry one, the Quik Pod even includes a tripod leg extender to make it simple to get a professional looking, steady shot. It folds down and fits into your backpack, or big pocket or purse...

All for under $30!
