It provides a good overview of the essentials of video production for the net - covering what equipment you really need, how to shoot, light and edit; what to avoid when shooting, all about compression, and how to get good audio, - probably the most difficult aspect of quality internet video production. There is not a lot of indepth technical info so this is book is more of getting started book.
If you are already in the video production business, you may want to skip some to preliminary chapters and skip to the sections where they talk about how to make money and how to become "Internet Famous."
