Produced by Film@11 and released in tandem with the one year anniversary of Haiti’s tragic earthquake, the film explores the roadblocks preventing billions of dollars in donations from reaching the populace in need.

Shot in HD and presented in five parts, the documentary shows the gritty reality of the Haiti’s slow reconstruction and the lives of the country’s citizens as they survive amidst deplorable conditions in the camps of Port au Prince. Through interviews with leaders from the NGO, banking and political communities, award-winning journalist Michele Mitchell examines the dilemma of allocating funds for recovery that plagues the country, and what can and must be done to solve it.
