Unnoticed

Doll Face (4:12)
INCREDIBLE!!!!
A machine with a doll face
mimics images on television screen in search
of a satisfactory visage. Doll Face presents
a visual account of desires misplaced and
identities fractured by our technological
extension into the future.
This is poignant, funny
and extremely well made.
Sweetnightgoodheart - from the UK is a short 9
minute flick that tells the story of Pete who is
finding out that breaking up is definitely hard to do.
Especially when his break up dinner is mistaken for a
proposal and things spiral way out of control.
This is great - a brilliantly conceived and
very funny animation - hosted at VMIX. You
have a bad case of humans. Not only will it make you giggle, it is a bit
political and educational as well.
In this 3 minute video, the God of War advances on his chart
full of death and destruction? Who will be able to stop him?
Perhaps a little is enough... a blow.

Push for
Signal
by
Andrew S.
Allen.
Barely over a minute in length,
this is great. Do those
crosswalk buttons actually work?
Or do they merely exist to make
us feel like we have some
semblance of control on chaotic
street corners? The guy in this
artfully crafted film finds out
real fast just how wild things
can get at a busy crosswalk.
This is
brilliant!
Every 30 Seconds....Directed
by Jeremy Corray. By the time you finish
reading this film synopsis, a drunk driver
will cause a traffic accident. Every 30
seconds in America, a man is hit by a drunk
driver. However, this little factoid isn't
as terrifying as it might sound, since drunk
drivers apparently hit the same guy
every 30 seconds. This is that man's story.
Don't miss the Hitchcock homage...

hilarious short mockumentary "Who

The
Mouth Revolution is a hilarious and very well made live-action film
that parodies history and contemporary culture while informing viewers about
the vital importance of eating real, organic foods. Narrated by
revolutionary mouths who take it upon themselves to decide what they will
and will not eat, personalities like “Sojourner Tooth” and “Captain Mouth”
unveil their "Mouthifesto" -- a Declaration of Indigestion that details
their objectives and demands: No Trans Fats, No GMOs, No Pesticides, and No
Artificial Ingredients.

"The White. The Black".
Its a story about chess
taken to the extreme - with incredible imagery, and
allusions taken from classic artwork, film, literature,
etc. Definitely needs to be seen and shared.
Hilarious
and outstanding. What happens when a beautiful sexy woman takes it
off... takes it all off? "Stripped"
is a bit risqué but has an
incredible and funny payoff. Brilliantly created by Mark
Jackson. We'll never go on a date again without wondering ....
hmmmmm
"Uh Oh Betty” is a 8 minute documentary parody that
shows the lighter side of a rather bleak topic. Shot in
black and white it is a hilarious, tongue in cheek,
instructional film on how to properly dispose of your
recently murdered boyfriend.

pixilation stop motion technique of

Spin,a brilliantly conceived, written
and edited short film by Jamin Winins.
You
got to see this! According to Winins, "SPIN
was shot over two weekends and one afternoon
in June of 2005 for a total of about 35
rigorous hours of shooting. The shot list
was ambitious at over 200 shots, and our
original plan was to shoot it in two very
long days using the Sony HDV camera. We shot
SPIN just north of the central downtown
Denver area in a beautiful new area called
Riverfront Park, adjacent to the Platte
River. The location was ideal considering a
number of different events had to occur,
including the car crashing into the cyclist."

"Zombies in my Neighborhood"
is funny. Ostensibly the
behind the scenes making of
yet another cheesy horror
film, this seven minute

makes good fun of all those
