Check out the Black Hole music video -  written and directed by Cem Basak (you can
listen to more tunes at http://www.free2jam.com), It was created in April 2003 for a showcase to promote your own produced music. According to Cem, "Its an experiment in motion graphics with music. it was shot with a Mustek g smart midi digital camera and edited in Adobe AfterEffects." You can download the music video as a zip file, then open it up and play it.

Great Music Video  - check it out - Are You Happy Now? - the latest hit track from Michelle Branch - this lady can rock. Available in both Real Video and Windows Media streaming formats. Check it out at 300 kbps.

This music video (Act of War) was submitted by Nir Nakav, the drummer of a "blackmetal" band called Salem (from Israel). He created this a short movie to accompany one of the songs off of their latest album Collective Demise. This song about terrorism and political violence is pretty hardcore but the video is very well done with excellent editing and imagery.

You can't keep a good hook down. Check out the latest video from Pink - Feel Good Time - that liberally borrows the classic hook from the Spirit song - Fresh Garbage. This is great little video - full of fun stuff and cute editing tricks. Plus , this is Pink's contribution to the new Charlie's Angels movie Full Throttle. Also check out the special animated prequel that leads up to the movie.

Hosted at MP4.com, check out the silly and fun  CamelToe music video. Fannypack's smash single has been burning up the airwaves. One of the most requested song on all the hippest stations nationally! "Ummm hmmm, that's right!" This first single from the group is an old-school meets nu-school party jam that will have your radio jumping. What exactly is a cameltoe? Well, you will just have to listen to find out or check out The Cameltoe report at http://www.cameltoe.org

"Stacys' Mom" (actually Rachel Hunter) has got it going on! Fountains of Wayne created a snappy jingle that everyone - young & old can identify with. Directed by Chris Applebaum - Yes, the same Music Video Director for Britney Spears Overprotected.- Yes, It's bubble gum rock. But it's a fun little video and here at IVM we do try to please everyone including our younger audience. One would think the video clip would be on the bands website..... but it is not.  Never fear - That's why we are here! IVM searched and found it on MTV and Blastro

This week we present a tribute to Dirt Hooligan of Crizzy and the Punxs a popular Tampa Bay, Florida based band. Bass guitarist Dirt Hooligan died recently in a tragic accident. Dirt pursued his music career with a drive, energy and burning passion that resonated with every chord he struck. If you asked Dirt what he wanted out of life - it was for people to enjoy his music and to become a star. In some small way, Internet Video Magazine wanted to help make that dream come true. This video is from one of the band's last performances the song is called "Beach" ~ For all of Dirt's passion for the music.

If you love rock and roll and surfing and water sports and bikinis, you got to check out PornLuv - hosted at MP4.com

Feeling blue? Maybe it's time to rock out to the Blue Man Group and their music video "Sing Along" Fronted by guest vocalist Dave Mathews, this cool little video blends special effects, real time video and animation into cool little feature that will make you snap your fingers or at least thrum a stick or wire. Hosted at BThereTV - check it out. Lots of other cool videos of all sorts, music videos, computer games, etc. If you are into mystery videos, check out Sigur Rus' "Untitled". See if you can figure out what  this cool looking video is really all about.

This is not your dad's Roller Derby. Check out the teaser for the upcoming "Texas Roller Girls" movie hosted at MP4.com. Pretty darn wild and a cool music track. Nice video and great editing. I'm ready to strap on my skates and start racing around in circles.

The new The Zephyr Song  video from Red Hot Chili Peppers is extremely cool. "Masterful editing and use of mirror and kaleidoscope effects". Hop into the taxi and take one of the wildest rides you have every experienced. If you are a fan of the band, the site also features a bunch of cool clips and performance videos as well.

Do you want to make your own music videos and rock and roll movies but don't want to learn how to edit? Check out muvee. Output to DVD, to email, to Internet.

Looking for a new, cool music video? Check out the MP4.com web site and The Ravonettes. This music video combines the styles of the Merging "the Cramps and the Jesus & Mary Chain with the visual style of 1960's girl group movies. The video incorporates some very interesting video styles and editing.

I love this "Talk Like a German Home Girl" video. I think it is charming ...and a bit strange. Hosted at http://www.bthere.tv bthere.tv, Check out this wacky German girl who thinks she's a homeboy. Das nuts. Also, while you are at the bthere.tv site, check out their great assortment or music videos and other youth culture type content.

The US version of the recently released music video clip for t.A.T.u's "Everything She Said" reminds me of a bad .25 cent porn arcade movie. Set in presumably a school yard with curious onlookers in a rainy atmosphere to make the video "wet". with an over used flash effect. Some fast paced clips are blurred with a cool effect, but much of the edit is choppy. Though there are subtle hints of symbolism in the video - it seems to lack any definite story line. Relying instead on steamy scenes of the girls in their little school girl outfits kissing each other. While the music is deserving of praise -the music video is a cheap slap-shot. Or maybe that is all part of the marketing. If for no other reason than it’s boldness this clip earns a IVM Internet Video of the week nomination.

Here are two very cool music videos from MP4. Did you seen "Run Lola Run"? This is lot faster, and a lot more frantic and heart-pounding. Check out Millionaire: Champagne - the highly acclaimed short film "Easy Money" directed by Phil Dussol.  Hot Action Cop: Fever for the Flava is a very hot, very cool music video with lots of fun, sexy overtones. This may be the hottest video you have seen in a while. It made us sweat.

This is a trip. Have you ever heard of Paul Oakenfold or seen his ultra-cool music video Ready-Steady Go where we go on a sci-fi journey while listening to his latest release from his new album Bunkka? Check it out at http://www.blastro.com/artists/artistpage/Paul+Oakenfold.html. We  suggest using the external player feature - then select view and double size it - or go full screen. You can see some of his other videos on his labels site - http://www.maverick.com/artists/oakenfold/

Pink's new "Don't let me get me" .is a very cool video that you won't be able to find on http://www.pinkspage.com,  her "official" site.  But it is on Blastro, along with some of her other videos. This video rocks! This is a true piece of video artistry and credit must be given to the video editor in as much as the director. Notice how it travels from one place to the next in a continual flow of  special effects transitions. The "mirror" & "magazine effect" are unique and while the face morphing  is nothing new it is a nice touch and goes with the lyrics. Pink - we loved the hairstyles!

What if "Star Wars" was an opera? A musical? Checkout this well made parody by Todd Washburn.  Take a look at a twisted Star Wars - The musical  - Lets Blow this Thing, where the original dialog has been replaced by lyrics. Length-04:22 Modem-7MB, 100K-22MB. Hosted at the free site SingleReel it can take a while to download the full 22 MB 100 K version but it is well worth it. Click here for more of  Todd's stuff.
