Fifteen A-list comedians
determined to protect Americans from ever hearing another
knock-knock joke or seeing one more cat-falls-out-of-a-tree
"comedic" video, have launched a new website aimed at
overthrowing the current comedy regime. Together, they call
their new establishment DailyComedy.com; and they
will not be stopped. Check out
www.dailycomedy.com.
DailyComedy.com is dedicated to bringing web surfers the
smartest and most hilarious comedic material, fresh daily
and exclusively on the Internet. Featuring comedy bits
posted in both text and video format, DailyComedy.com brings
comedy to the Internet in a whole new way. Unlike other
websites, which merely post taped performances of comics
doing their stand-up routines (hilarious, right?), the
videos on DailyComedy.com are created specifically for the
Internet and are up-to-the-minute topical. The site also
features the first ever "bitcoms"--brief, recurring videos
that have the feel and style of a sitcom but in little bite
sizes specially made for the Internet.
