This might be the
funniest and most awesome web advertisement ever. Produced using
Macromedia Flash Video, Superman teams up with Jerry Seinfeld for
an Internet based ad for American Express. The four-minute piece,
entitled "A Uniform Used
to Mean Something," was co-written by Seinfeld and directed by
acclaimed film director Barry Levinson, is absolutely hilarious. In
addition, the interactive web site is amazing. Great stuff.
Zoom-zoom-zoom, yes it is a
Mazda
commercial but it is a cool piece of Internet video. And, for the
size of the file, this looks great. It's funny to boot..

It sound sort of lame but why would
anyone want to watch television ads on the Internet? Well some are
pretty cool and creative. Plus by watching the ads when you want to, for
as long as you want to, you have control. You can choose to poison your
own mind - you can choose whether or not to be subjected to the urge to
buy stuff you probably don't want or really need. It is your
choice to be a slave of consumerism... By the way, check out Adbusters
for a great anti-advertising web site. Also check out Black
Thunder at the Illegal
Art site for a great parody of political videos.
Don't
miss a movie, don't miss a thing...sign

Newsletter. Free stuff, contests, show
discounts, news, hot new movies....
OK, so what sites are cool?
For the best US video commercials, start
with ads.com and adcritic.com.
Both are rewarding sites to visit but ads.com is free. Adcritic.com does
have some excellent free content but for more depth you will have
to pull out your credit card and sign up. Sort of ironic, to watch
advertising, you got to pay for it....
Anyhow, ads.com is free and enables you
to easily find almost any current ad running on the national networks.
They say they have about 2,000 ads to pick from. You can search by
the show you were watching when the ad ran or you can search by product.
There is a good list of the top ten ads as well as a collection of Super
Bowl ads. And if you are in the ad biz, or just want to know, there is
an Inside Ads section to fill you in on the latest news and buzz. AdForum.com
is another industry site that has links to thousands of TV commercials,
as well as print and web ads. Also check out Shots.Net
Here is a great find if you like to
watch creative and thought-provoking commercials. The Joey
Tomatoes site has a nice little collection of wonderful commercials
from all over the world. Unlike many other sites that collect and post
low resolution commercials, these look really good. New videos and mp3's
are added weekly and a new snap shot of the moment is added every
weekend.
If you have watched any sporting events
on TV in the last few months, I am sure you
have seen the evolving series of Miller Lite
"Cat Fight" commercials featuring
sexy wrestling women. The latest spot is on
the way and it will feature the amazing
thespian performer Pamela Anderson. Check
out Pillow
Fight.
Is there a way to stop all the violence
in the world? Is there a possibility that peace may actually replace
war, terrorism and hate? Check out this short
video . Love might be the answer...if not, maybe gratuitous
sex...Download and watch.

American and English movie stars and celebrities? Check out Japander.Com

they might not necessarily use. (You be the judge.). You can search by
the name of your favorite celebrity, or check out the What's New
section. The definitions of Japander - 1. a western star who uses his or
her fame to make large sums of money in a short time by advertising

A
new site to check out for great TV commercials is www.funnymovies.net.
This Netherlands based web site offers a very nice collection of mostly

as they have a gay theme. This is a great collection regardless of your
sexual persuasion or inclination.

real ads at all. For a good selection of fake and put-on video
commercials, visit Zapavision
or Apple
Computer.

intriguingly produced commercials from all over the world. You will find
