supply the music and web space. You supply the genius, the creativity
and the video.
Step
1: Dream it up
What are we looking for in an MPEG? A 10-second, music-inspired video.
Music should be more than just a soundtrack; it should be the star of
your spot, or the subject, or the narrator. Don't send a recording of
your band playing: we want art, not audition tapes. You will be judged
on originality (and your adherence to the guidelines).

Step 2: Turn it out
Tap into our Music Library and find your vibe, then grab your camera,
your cohorts, and whatever other tools you need to go to town. Edit it
down on your system until it's exactly 10 seconds long - that's 300
frames, no more, no less. Then show us what's up.
Make sure you get signed Release
Forms from everyone in your MPEG, and signed Premises
Permits for all locations.

Step 3: Send it in
Upload your MPEGs whenever you like. We will be choosing 6 to 10 new
MPEGs at the end of each month to air the following month. Other MPEGs
that we like but can't spare the air time for will be posted in the MPEG
Us Gallery.
